These terms and conditions govern your use of the CTP Teamwear website and any orders placed with us, whether for standard performance wear, custom teamwear, or a club shop order. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We will send you an order confirmation, but this does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted; a contract is only formed once we confirm that your order has been processed and, where applicable, any custom design details have been approved. For custom kit and teamwear orders, we may contact you to confirm design details, artwork, quantities and finish options before production begins.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable [VAT status to be confirmed]. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing your order if this affects you. Payment is taken at the point of order through our website’s secure payment provider [name to be confirmed once gateway is finalised]. For larger club shop or custom kit orders, we may agree separate payment terms directly with you, such as a deposit followed by a balance payment before production or dispatch.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products, including cut-and-sew and sublimated teamwear, are manufactured specifically for you based on the colours, crest, sponsor branding and design details you provide. Because these products are made to your specification, production and delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of the order, artwork approval, and finish options selected. Once you have approved a design and production has begun, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled or amended. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of order or quote. Delivery times for custom teamwear and club shop orders will depend on production schedules and are confirmed individually. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
Cancellations and Returns
Standard, non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law and our Delivery & Returns page. Custom, personalised, cut-and-sew, sublimated or made-to-order products are generally exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has commenced, as they are made to your specification; please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Your Artwork and Design Content
When you submit a club crest, sponsor logo, design brief or other artwork to us, whether through our quote forms or by email, you confirm that you have the right to use and share this material, and that you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating a design mockup and manufacturing your order. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions from your club, sponsors or any relevant rights holders to use any logos or branding you provide to us.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to CTP Teamwear and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our products and services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or for legal reasons. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
