FAQs

Yes. Your kit can be designed around your crest, sponsor logos, club colours and wider branding. Upload the files you have and include any preferred logo positions in your enquiry.

Ordering

Find your club's shop page, choose the items and sizes you need, and add them to your basket. You can order as many items as you like in one go — checkout works just like any other online shop.

Sizing

Every product with a size option has a Size Guide link next to the size selector. This gives you the measurements for each size so you can choose with confidence.

Production & Delivery

Production time is how long it takes us to make your item — this varies depending on the product, personalisation and order size. Delivery time is added on top, once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Yes, standard (non-personalised) products can be returned within [TBC] days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original condition.

Personalisation

Yes, most teamwear products can be personalised with names and squad numbers, check the product page for available options.

Club Shops

Yes. Once your club shop is live, players, parents and supporters can order and pay for their own kit directly, without going through the club.
